Track and Field school

TRACK AND FIELD SCHOOL

Lapin Lukko organizes the track and field school year-round. In summer 2026, we have 6 groups: for child-parent-group, 5-6 year old, 7-9 year old, 10-13 year old and 14-16 year old. The guiding is mainly in Finnish but English is also possible, and many things at Track and field is learned by doing.

SUMMER 2026

The spring season starts on the 1th June and continues until the 16th August.

We train at Saarenkylä Track and Field area.

Child-parent-group for 3-5 years old

Time: on Mondays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.. (It may change.)

Place: Saarenkylä Track and Field area (Napapiirintie 8)

Time: on Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.. (It may change.)

FEES

 The total fee consists of the price of the sport school and the membership fee. The membership fee is 20e/individual or 40e/family

The fee includes the trainings, insurance (under 13 years old; activate with a delay after the payment), and participations in competitions organised by Lapin Lukko. If the child is born in 2012 or earlier, you have to get your own insurance.

The family member discount is -10 %. (One child at the norm price, the others at -10 %.)

Billing normally takes place in June.
